Since 2013, Medical Transformation Center has focused on helping a person’s cells become more adaptable and resilient through advanced medical tools and diagnostics.

HealthSpan Center extends that work into daily life.

Located adjacent to Medical Transformation Center on Eastpoint Park Boulevard in Louisville, KY, our 4,200-square-foot facility is designed to help patients take what they learn medically and live it out practically.
